Scott Peterson was convicted in 2004 for the murder of his wife, who was eight months pregnant, and their unborn son. His death sentence was overturned in August, but his supporters want him to be re-tried on all charges involving the case. Jonathan Vigliotti reports on the case, for this week’s “48 hours.”
