BIZARRE moment First Lady Jill Biden kisses Kamala Harris’ husband on the LIPS in front of house Chamber.

The United States President Joe Biden was addressing Congress as his wife entered the chamber and greeted Douglas Emhoff, husband of Vice President Harris, with a kiss to the mouth.

In his first address to a joint session of Congress since Republicans took control of the House of Representatives in January, Biden was cited progress in a post-pandemic economy and stressed that a bitterly divided Congress could overcome its differences.

Biden congratulated Speaker Kevin McCarthy, a Republican, on his new role. McCarthy sat behind Biden for the address for the first time.
