The Chicago Bears have hired their 17th head coach in Matt Eberflus. Just two days after the Bears hired GM Ryan Poles they decided to hire Eberflus who spent the 2021 NFL season as the Indianapolis Colts defensive coordinator. This is his first head coaching job in the NFL and now the question is who will be the offensive coordinator to help guide Justin Fields and the Chicago offense. The Chicago Bears hired Matt Eberflus as the next head coach, beating out Dan Quinn and Jim Caldwell. The move comes just one day after Chicago hired Ryan Poles as their next GM Eberflus spent the last 4 seasons as Colts DC.

Could Kevin Patullo be the next Bears offensive coordinator? He’s been the Eagles Pass Game Coordinator since 2021. Patullo worked with the Colts from 2018-2020 and began coaching in 2003. His relationship with Eberflus might mean he comes on board and joins the Bears coaching staff.
