Officials held a press conference after the body of Eliza Fletcher was found in Memphis on Monday night. Fletcher had been kidnapped while she was out jogging a few days prior. The suspect, Cleotha Abston, faces charges including first-degree murder, aggravated kidnapping and tampering with evidence.
