The New York City Medical Examiner’s Office ruled on Friday that the 73-year-old businesswoman and ex-wife of former President Donald Trump passed away from blunt force injuries to her torso, Access Hollywood has learned. A senior New York City official told NBC News that the circumstances of Trump’s death are consistent with a fall on the stairs in her Manhattan home. There is no foul play suspected.
