Gerald Norman Springer aka Jerry Springer was born on February 13, 1944 and passed away on April 27, 2023 at the age of 79 after a battle with pancreatic cancer according to a family spokesperson. Jerry was surrounded by family at the time and the person who runs his social media page confirmed his passing with a tribute post on instagram saying “until next time, Take care of yourself and each other”. The Jerry Springer Show which was popular for its scandals, audience roast sessions and ratchet messiness ran for 27 years from September 30, 1991 – July 26, 2018. Before that he earned a law degree in Chicago and was the Mayor of Cincinnati from 1977- 1978 over a decade before he embarked in his TV career. Rest in Peace Jerry springer 🕊️
