Scott Peterson is currently serving life in prison for the 2002 murder of his pregnant wife Laci and their unborn child. But it appears his defense team is one step closer to winning him a new trial, based on allegations of juror misconduct. NBC’s Natalie Morales reports for TODAY from Los Angeles.
