Last year, Scott Peterson’s death penalty sentence for the murders of his wife Laci and their unborn son was overturned. On Wednesday, Peterson is being resentenced, appearing in court along with members of Laci Peterson’s family. NBC’s Erin McLaughlin reports for TODAY from the courthouse in Redwood City, California.
