Spider-Man: No Way Home Movie Review by Sucharita Tyagi. No spoilers.
The movie is more enjoyable than any stand-alone spider man movie in recent years. It took me back to the time these films meant more than spectacle and entertainment. When their promise went beyond cutting edge CGI. No Way Home takes a stab at addressing what it means to be a “superhero” in America, a larger-than-life figure with unfair amounts of power, and what must one sacrifice to keep the power, how those choices are made. No Way Home enhances a new, aware, non-city destroying Marvel Cinematic Universe in ways which the fans toh will love, but also is welcoming of a newer audience. Mujhey pichely waali, with Jake Gyllenhaal bilkul pasand nahi aayi thi, isliye going into this, I wasn’t that excited, clearly minority main hoon main kyunki picture toh sold out hai harr jagah abhi.
With Spider-Man’s identity now revealed, our friendly neighborhood web-slinger is unmasked and no longer able to separate his normal life as Peter Parker from the high stakes of being a superhero. When Peter asks for help from Doctor Strange, the stakes become even more dangerous, forcing him to discover what it truly means to be Spider-Man.
