Better.com के सीईओ विशाल गर्ग (Vishal Garg) ने एक जूम कॉल (Zoom Call) के दौरान एक झटके में ही अपनी कंपनी के 900 कर्मचारियों (900 employees fired over zoom call) को नौकरी से निकालने का ऐलान कर दिया. इसकी वजह से सोशल मीडिया पर गर्ग की खूब आलोचना हो रही है. दरअसल, जिस दौरान वो कर्मचारियों को नौकरी से निकालने का ऐलान कर रहे थे, उसी दौरान किसी कर्मचारी ने उनका वीडियो रिकॉर्ड करके सोशल मीडिया पर डाल दिया. हालांकि, इस फैसले के पीछे गर्ग ने कंपनी के घाटे में जाने का हवाला दिया है, लेकिन इसके उलट पिछले दिनों ही उनकी कंपनी को सॉफ्ट बैंक से 75 करोड़ डॉलर की फंडिंग मिली है.
